To ensure adequate privacy and safety of our mothers, all our rooms are non-sharing rooms with attached bathrooms and are guarded by an electronic door lock system. Upon check in, mother will receive an access card to enter their own room which should be return upon check out. Our rooms are well equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, mirror, wardrobe, chair, hairdryer, television, and a mini refrigerator for storage of breastmilk and most importantly a temperature-adjustable air conditioner.  Our air conditioner is not directly facing the bed so postnatal mother do not have to worry whether they will be risk of ‘wind’ invading the body as long as they wear clothes properly.

All our rooms have huge French window looking over Ayer Itam neighbourhood. Other than enjoying the facilities available in the room, you may also relax and enjoy the old town view of Penang Island while bathing in the natural sunlight. Take this as a staycation and let your body recuperate and replenish after the painful delivery experience!

In case you want to dine in in your room, our nutritious, delicious confinement food can also be delivered to your doorstep daily, 5 meals per day. You may also enjoy free flow of our postnatal drinks and biscuit whenever you feel like.

Babies are also encouraged to room in for mother and baby to bond and to established breastfeeding. Should you have doubts or problems related to breastfeeding, our professional doctor nurses will be coming to your room to educate, demonstrate and clear all your doubts. Daily wound checking will also be done in your room to ensure your wound are well healed. Additional service like Sitz bath, herbal steam and wound dressing are also available if required.
